Deadmau5 has probably been the most outspoken person about the DJ culture of today. But I think he has lost it at some point and basically rants about everything. He has got a lot of shit for those comments naturally :D

BUT FOR THE NEWS, February it is again! Six years in the making and finally we get some track titles and information. As described in the article they sound exciting at least! Funny that they included the word "death" in two songs....but whatever if it's banging. Blade Runner references can't be bad, I'm hyped for this. Couple months away wooop. This hasn't been quite the same as the wait leading to Invaders Must Die, but now I'm gaining the proper tickling feeling about a new album again

ah fair play mate, i was watching footage of V festival i think on MTV the other night, two DJs (i forget their names) stood infront of a massive video wall, one was bouncing around nowhere near the decks, and his mate was probably checking his emails.

Visually, it looks great. Big massive graphics, lights, smoke machines etc... but they just stand there twiddling knobs of equipment that i doubt is plugged into a computer or a mixer and stand with their arms up. Drives me mental. The world needs DJs of course, but not pretentious fakers. Real DJs are worth their weight in gold...



I thought 2014 was a bit early for the record to be released, and Feb always stuck out as the date for me. Seemed logical! We MIGHT see a single before the end of the year, but if anything, we will hear one in Jan.
