The tempo of that snippet sounds a bit slower than the Wild Frontier sneak peek. So I think this is not it.

Seriously on Wild Frontier till 00:07 you can here a sample that starts on Omen in 02:57-58 but a bit toned down.With headphones you can spot it easily.

Producers cannot sample themselves, but they can re-use old samples if they so desire. Think about it like that and forget about it!

No hating on Omen on my behalf but that sound is just annoying. Maybe he thought it would be fun to reuse, or just lazy.

BGAT has the same bassline as Diesel Power as well as that Firestarter riff

That sample does indeed sound similar. My theory about this is that Liam has a bank of useable, legally approved samples that he reuses frequently. It seems like a rather normal thing to do considering the production style that he has.

I don't mind what he samples as long as it sounds good. It's not like it's a new thing, it's just how he works and it's part of the Prodigy...

I've got the same thoughts. Long time I was on the russian The Prodigy fans forum, and people there often talk about old samples in new tracks, and how awful is to use old samples. Tiered of those talks. If you like music - that's great, if not - don't listen to it, that's all. No need to complicate.
