The video is kind of fun but the whole stuffed/dead animals shtick is fucking disgusting. Whoever thought this would be a good image for the band must be out of their mind. You better get used to the "9 year old" sound because the Prodigy is all about live and dance. After you get used to it, youll love those 8-bits. Also i kinda agree on the second part. As i said, Nasty=Disgusting lyrics (not in a bad way lol) and a fox running away from fox racists or something? Poor fox. The Day=a dark military song, what connection does it have to the fox? It sounds way too dark for the poor thing. And now, oh dear, dead animals everywhere. And to top with all the weird animal pics he puts up all the time. I am not sure if this is a right direction. Lets see the message i get from each album: Experience: drugs, feels, rave. MFTJG: f the cops, drugs, dance, heavy sounds. Fat: dirt, abandoned dirty houses, insanity, punk. AONO: 80s and art. Invaders: melodic and tons of tracks inspired from the eras before. Again art, but darker. And now: 8-bit and dead animals. Come on Liam stop hating on the animals (Not serious)

Ok, after a few listens, i don't find it to be better than "TDIME" or "Nasty". I mean technically it's a cool groovy tune (with better struture/flow) but it's not my thing really. Too safe. In my eyes it's a Prodigy dance song for da ladies mostly. p.s. I agree with s0ren's comment about the lyrics on "dancy" tunes.

recycled bits from omen no doubt a left over beat from the last album, a lazy uninspiring preset riff..
this just sounds like some goofball european's attempt at making a prodigy track in fruity loops..
an absolute parody..and a MILLION miles away from been a great prodigy track..
Liam howlett has absolutely shat from a great height on what was an unbelievable back catalogue of singles
File under : turd. Dat heartbroken 90's raver melodrama. "goofball european"!!! 90% probability of being a chav.

Fuck em and their cheap cartoons my thoughts exactly from a creative perspective, I understand why they choose videos like Nasty and Wild Frontier. but from I consumer perspective, I know I'm not really gonna watch these videos again. I can't access the band's image in the album's artwork, so I want it in my videos been a long time since I watched IMD or Warrior's Dance videos, whereas I love videos like Firestarter, BGAT, TMTTH

Come on Liam stop hating on the animals (Not serious) The 8-bit part is not really a problem for me. For instance, TDIME is a great track, regardless of the 8-bit melody. The problem with Nasty and this latest turd of a track is that it sounds like a leftover from IMD. It's just cheap, uninspiring and horrible. And anyone in their right mind will tell you that marketing your shit with dead animals is a fucking disaster.

Haven't read all the new comments as the topic has jumped from 7 to 29 overnight. From last 2 pages seems most didn't like it. I was taken back how surprisingly laid-back the track was. But after repeats I think it will play nicely as a break from the harder tracks in the middle. Someone mentioned it was track 6. Also surprised we got another animated track. Nice stop motion this time as well. Not sure why people seem to be missing the fact the animals won in the end too lol I like they're all connected in a way. I'm starting to think they might make a video for each song. I really only thought we were gonna get a video like TDIME here. Anyways I think this might play people for some hearing it as part of the album and not judging it like it's a real single. I think they just wanted to give the fans a few tunes before the whole album drops. Code: http://www.nme.com/news/the-prodigy/83090 Sure it was already posted but Liam says he actually didn't get much recording done in 2013-2014. Quote: I'm always writing but 2013 and 2014 were bad years as far as the writing went. It's no excuse, but I was fucked about and had to move studios twice. I'm in a different place now. I had somewhere built. I'm in The Tileyard in Kings Cross. I've got my own room and it's great.

haven't read the last 15 pages of this thread, I've just listened to this track and I must say that THIS IS THE TUNE.
Nasty is a 6,5, TDIME was too hyped for you all, just an AONO style track, good but nothing outstanding but this is fucking good, one of the best since 2002.
