Why promote the ep with a track everyone knows from the album (just a minute shorter)?
Can that generate any interest?

Why is't there even a trackist of the EP on the promo?
Is't that the most important information to promote?

It's an Edit of an album track, this cd is given to radio stations for playback.
Radio stations usually air Edit versions of tracks.



Not really, there haven't been as far as i remember in the past any promo album sampler cds (which had 3-4 tracks) that included the whole album tracklist as info.

Like i mentioned, these are info that radio stations should know and broadcast on air.
i.e.

1) Prodigy will release a new EP, on July 10th.
2) It's a track with Flux Pavilion (so, 2 artists in 1 track)
3) Prodigy just finished a uk tour and will be playing in summer festivals in the uk.
4) New tour with Public Enemy in december.

Once you said the promo is for radio stations I understood.

I guess the EP is being released to keep the momentum of the album going during the tour.
The EP is kind of a promo on it's self for the album and tour.

So I guess Rhythem Bomb is probably getting a video.

I magine if Liam decided to rewrite AWOL after the album release and it turned out a real banger!
That would be awesome.
