Destroy is from 2009 although still quite surprising we got that, I agree.
The only thing Rebel Radio and Heatwave have in common is the melody / synth that kicks in during breakdown lol.. entirely different tracks apart from that.

Liam has always reused abandoned bits of old tracks or reworked them into something else. Hell, he's reused RELEASED tracks' material in new songs. Folks are really complaining?
Bits of unused "Trigger" showed up in the Oasis remix
Destroy was reworked into something different
Rebel Radio has ONE TINY LITTLE PART borrowed from Heatwave while the other 90% of the track was NEW
He's allowed to use old, unreleased ideas in new music. Or are we going to ignore this entire album era where maybe 10% of the material was borrowed from old, unused stuff. We're gonna ignore the other 90% of brand new material???
