Speaking of which, this sample really lightens the mood of the album. It's just a fun song Liam did (even though it's rough), much similar to how he did some songs in Experience, which really makes me happy to see him go back to that carelessness. We didn't get this in TDIME or IMD.

I feel like like last 3 tracks (WoF, Piranha, Stand Up) were made exactly this way - he simply found a sample he liked and then built track around it, without caring if it's stupid or not. Just like you, I like this approach very much.

listened through the album a couple of times now... and i'm still waiting for that bang i got with every lp so far. there were better ones and lousy ones but there was always at least 3-4 tracks that made my pulse speed up. i'm very sad now, this time there was none. the worst thing is when i think of all the demos and live shit liam scrapped in the past decades. even the website music wasn't that bad compared to this. i'll never quit on the band and still come to their shows but... i don't think there will be more new "kicks"

Hey man...i know my self...i nourish my spirit with good music, but this album is not that. Do not make me a straw man...do not play with straw you may burn your ass.
You participated in album promotion, of course you'll talk about it like you talk, that is you...i cant believe prodigy has fanbots... I participated in album promotion? Well, I better go ask Liam and BMG for my check then. It's called I got the album early, heard it, and enjoyed it. Keep nourishing your spirit cuz it don't seem like it's working. And quit talking about my ass. cyberbedouin wrote: it is so lame...how you react like pack of street dogs...bark bark bark on every opinion or a feeling which is different from yours...
this album maybe made for 5 fanbots or dogs...but not for lone wolfs like me, im very sorry...we are different animals...maybe will someday meet on the street and you will see how wolf react to bark. I'm sorry, but best post of 2018 by far. Ahhhhh-wooooooooooooooooh!

Same for me. I'm just very sad and disappointed like never before. Now I regret complaining so much about TDIME which contained some really nice tracks at least. There is nothing - no single melody, no catchy sample, no nice beat that could stuck in my head. This is just poorly produced mess and I can't believe that there is "contemporary Beethoven" behind this.

sad how the same users, usually in hordes, attack other users who criticize the band. It's very childish. People have the right to love, like, dislike and hate Prodigy's music. If they want to post about it is because they are/were diehard fans of the band. Respect opinions, this is just a forum, not Liam Howlett's army.
The album, to my likings, is better than TDIME and IMD and might be on par with AONO. I need more listens though.

Sorry, apparently I'm just part of BMG's album promotion team and cannot possibly like the album for myself. I ain't the one threatening to bark at forums members on the streets and bite their asses or whatever. Some of the haters even like to talk down to forum members and bash them, but that's okay. You get what you give. P.S. Ahhhhhhhhh-woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh!!!

I am 42. Music For The Jilted Generation was my first Prodigy album. In my 20s I grew up with music from Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, Tricky etc.
I have every Prodigy longplayer in my collection.
So thats my background.
After listening to No Tourists I think to myself: Is this an intentional 90s Prodigy reprise or lack of imagination?
Just after NT I listened to Break and Enter, 3 Kilos and Nayaran.
I miss these songs which have time to „breathe“ and drag you down into these amazing soundscapes.
Light Up The Sky and Give Me a Signal are the two songs which will remain in my head for a while.

All the drama and bs aside I want to say something. I understand that some like another "style"(?) of the band. I hate IMD but I dont think its crap and shit. Its a good album in a different direction. On the other side I love AONO but I see most people here do not like it. Thats where you all haters are wrong and deserve all the trolling you get. Anything you dont like you call it shit ect.

Negative opinions are completely tollerated here, like they should. Insulting people, whether an individual or a group should not be tollerated. Why login or even register to this site if it is to insult fans enjoying themselves? To rectify them? If you come here to piss people off, expect to be pissed in the face in return. Don't like that? Leave. You will not be missed.

Id rather have the prodigy stuck in making Experience and Jilted tracks than trying new stuffs.
We live forever (Outa space p2) and Signal (Nsuit4) is permanelty stuck on my head.
Not sure how any track is forgettable.
Except need some 1.
