Here are my favorites so far

Nude - wow, the string arrangement on this one is fantastic. this song is an emotional masterpiece, they finally got it right after 10 years. this one is probably my favorite so far.

House of Cards - i actually didnt like this song until I heard this album version. a really really chill song that can take your mind places

Arpeggi - it sounds like this song is msising something, but other than that it sounds fantastic. just like the live version

Videotape - this one was a shocker to me. i dont like it as much as the live version, or thom's solo version, but its growing on me. its still a very chilling song

15 step - doesnt this sound like it could've come form warp records? I can easily see aphex or squarepusher mixing this. I really like it though, not as good as the live version but still very good

Bodysnatchers - very rocky, might be the rockiest song on the album. i really like heavy guitar riffs

Reckoner - this one is growing on me as well, i like the buildups from it. It starts out mellow but then gets faster without getting heavier. very interesting.

so far, im giving this album an 8.7 out of 10.

My personal favs are:

1. "Reckoner" - this is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. Everything about it is perfect - the beat, the piano, the guitar, Thom, the strings, the built up...and that melody ..just amazing.

2. "Nude" - reminds me of Massive Attack..and of all the best trip-hop music...but it is just better.

3. "All I Need" - this is very cinematic and urban..dunno I just like this song so much - there's something deep in it..


All the other songs are brilliant too. But I always have to have some 2-3 picks.

I need a rock song with Johnny Greenwood doing a crazy 5 minute guitar solo (I can just imagine his hair flying everywhere)...
