I did a little search, according to Discogs it's directed by Pleix.

Source (28th video from the DVD)

there's also Cunningham's work on that release (and it reminded me of his work too :))

I can't see any similarities.

ok, maybe in my case word "work" is too strong, I was only using the same phrase as ChemicaL (didn't try to sound smart or something like that :))..
I only watched "Come to daddy" and "Windowlicker" (didn't watch those videos for a long time, btw) and when I watched this video ChemicaL posted, the weird feeling it produced.. It reminded me of those Aphex Twin videos..
