Before Evans gave me the right email address I wrote to the German one that's listed on the invoice and got a reply in German saying gawd knows what. I complained to paypal and now that they've kicked them up the arse they've told me they were going to send them out tomorrow but one's out of stock if I want to choose an alternative(no telling which one, which is really useful.) I'll be amazed if I get what I've ordered, they're a bloody shambles.

I also corresponded with German warehouse, there should be English translate under the original reply in German.

By the way there must be something wrong with these people in the stock cause they've sent me wrong sizes of T-shirts for the second time! lol

It a window sticker same as the ones from the old jilted merchadise booklets, they must have found a load of em in a dusty corner of Liam's garage!

What a bunch of cretins they are! I would strongly advise nobody orders from them as they are telling me one thing and then another about when the t -shirts are going and they've also promised a refund has been sent for one that's out of stock that just isn't appearing on the paypal account. Think I'm going to do a proper claim as they're just pissing me about now.

Just found their site reviewed on ciao. I can't read German but the stars speak volumes!

got an answer back in fucking German no less thanking for my question, and saying that they will process my query asap and apologize in advance if I haven't heard back in 48 hours.

I'm going to call them tomorrow, and I'm never fucking going to order from them again.

Well I ordered a CD online (not from them, just in general) and it was shipped from Florida on like Oct. 28th or something, and I just received it yesterday. So it was over 2 full weeks which seems ridiculous for Florida >>> Toronto. So I'm not that surprised it hasn't arrived yet. Shipping for stuff in general has seemed slower last few months. Don't know if they're inspecting more packages now and clogging it up, or what.

BigSugar, that may well be true but with this particular bunch it's not a case of slow delivery times, it's total incompetence and lies.

When I did eventually get email answers I was told different things on different days ('t-shirts went yesterday' and then 't shirts will go by the end of the week') and a promised refund into paypal for the out of stock one just never happened. I've found 2 more 'review' sites that give them just 1 or 2 stars out of 5 for service. For anyone thinking of buying from them, I agree with Crazyboy - just don't go there if you don't want hassle. I've handed it over to paypal to sort the dispute now.

Wich T shirt have you ordered? Because i made one for 3 Weeks and i live at 1 hour (I make my studies in Huddersfield) of Doncaster where is based the shop. So yesterday i phone theim, and they said that they were out of stocks. Try to phone theim to know if your item is still available.

You waited 3 weeks and had to find out that they were out of stock on your own initiative? Assholes!

Got an email saying that the t-shirt was sent on November 6th and that it should arrive by the end of this week.

Behold! According to my friend in London the t-shirt arrived today, one month after I placed the order.

...one month to deliver a t-shirt...wtf is going on?!

Imagine ordering from amazon or play and your dvd's arrives one month later!
