yea we do see it from a different angle... there was alot of nothing and alot of rush. liam was off dj'ing around the time of dirtchamber, he wasn't doing anything apart from that.. it was his break.. maxim had his in there, so did keith, and leroy until he left.. there wasn't a whole lot of anything going on as people thought. they toured off and on and have done so since, but a handful of dates at the maximum every year is hardly productive. that's a reunion tour lol... you look at the number of times he's been on holiday all across the world over the years. you can tell he gets moments of inspiration and hard work as he gets all crazed and excited and tells everyone about.. and then those words vanish as quickly as they came.. no tour dates, no talk of even the music and then voila he was last seen in france (i picked a random country lol) on holiday. artists typically take holidays after a long tour promoting their album.. or you catch them near their next tour spot for a day having a rest.. Liam is like a retiring pop star.. you hear about the come back and the hard work, but you never see it.. and then one day something comes out and you believe it took them all that time to do something. with the new album already supposed to have been out almost twice now, you really don't tend to believe it's all work and no play when he's all over the world on holidays.. the man is a dad and he's married.. he may claim music is number 1 to him, but since the guys all had a nice long break after FOTL they really haven't been in it the way they were from the time of their first gig ever on up to that break.. it's more or less just "hey we've got some fresh ideas, they're some of the phattest things we've done yet".. exit prodigy for a few months or more.. "hey we're back in the studio recording again, we have about 30 or 40 ideas now.. now we're looking to cut them back and choose the best ones".. exit prodigy for another 3 to 6 months or so.. "hey we're going on tour, sorry we're not going to play our new tracks yet though...".. exit prodigy... now you've been caught up on prodigy since 2005 lol.. we're moving into 2008.. those 30 or more ideas Liam had were so long ago he hasn't even mentioned they have cut it down and got a rough idea of the number of tracks that will be on the album or anything for that matter...

but hey... we're still waiting on him

Though AONO wasnt well recived and it has some amazing tracks on it e.g. spitfire, girlsetc but it lacked something in some tracks


I would like to think that liam is polishing this album we know that it is nearly done if we take his words ..........also rumours have been circling that they have been making videos etc

the little tweaks he made to spitfire and other tracks made it much better think of that base line in the way it is added on the singles version

either way we know that the tracks are out there we just havnt heard them yet so i dont know why people get so up tight and critcal of liam

We bitch because we love . I mean, I'm as big a Prodigy fan as anybody, I love most of their albums and their live show rocked my socks. But, come on. If they don't care about making music, why should we care about listening to it? I'm super-hopeful that they're just being secretive and not just dicking around, saying "Alright, I guess we should make another album so we have retirement money." I know AONO has been brought up a lot in this thread, but you have to admit that AONO had minimal effort put into it and was rushed to stores. It definitely didn't sound like 7 years had been put into it.

I think what me and my fellow bitchers and moaners want is for the next album to sound like it was a 4-year effort, and that they haven't been post-poning for trips to Disney World or something..
