can you guys recomend me some japanese anime to watch?it doesn't matter if they are movies or series just have action in it like ghost in the shell.i nedd action,sci fi,the usual.
i just finished watching gantz and i want to see something else now

Code Geass < - very awesome , just... really recommended
Death Note < - you're lucky all episodes are out for a big while now, I was following it weekly and it's like fucking Prison Break, always ends with a cliffhanger and make you hungry for the next episode

Anything directed by Satoshi Kon... although Paprika is the weaker thread there. Perfect Blue, Tokyo Godfathers, Millenium Actress, all good. All are sci-fi in the sense that the stories are a complete mindfuck. He also had a short film in the movie Memories and a TV series called Paranoia Agent. All worth watching!

how about 3d movies like final fantasy and vexille?

the final fantasy movie was pretty decent from what i remember, as for vexille i aint bothered watching it, just give whatever u think would be decent a go

Cyber City Oedo 808 is awesome, if very short (3 episodes). For comedy, Slayers is also good, if a little immature.
Also recommend .hack//Sign if you like character driven stuff rather than total slam-bang action like Dragonball.

I recomend you DEATH NOTE! Its the best anime I watched and trust me I watched so many of them. If you want comedy watch GREAT TEACHER ONIZUKA AND GOLDEN BOY you want be dissapointed.
some more: BERSERK, BASSILISK, ClAYMORE. These are the best. There is more but I cant remember. Oh yeah KARAS too.
